Unique´x acts in accordance with usual rental terms and conditions
Terms of Payment:
A booking is valid when a reservation deposit of 30% of the total rental amount
has been paid, and the booking has been confirmed in writing by Unique´x.
The total rental amount is to be paid within 8 weeks before arrival. Reservations
made later have to be paid in full when booked.
Notice of Cancellation:
Any cancellation must be made in writing.
No refund of the reservation deposit will be made, should you for some reason
not be able to fulfil the agreement.
If cancellation is made after the full balance has been made, a cancellation
charges will apply depending on the period of notice.
General Conditions:
Unique´x acts as letting agent for the property owner and operate
on behalf of the owner. The rental agreement is between the tenant and
the property
owner.
Any legal dispute which may arise is between client and owner.
On arrival a security deposit is to be paid, which shall be held against
any damage caused to the property. The amount is refundable provided there
are no damages.
